Amarna Palace and Tutankhamen's Tomb
In an extensive report on the 18th Dynasty (1550-1295 B.C.), one of the most brilliant in ancient Egypt, titled Tutanchamus Dynastie (Tuthankamen’s Dynasty), P.M. History, the renowned German history magazine, set out, under the title Der Palast der Königin (The Queen's Palace), the infographic of the Amarna Palace (or Tell el-Amarna) in Akhetaten, the new royal city founded by Akhenaten (1372-1336 B.C.), the heretic pharaoh, and his wife, the beautiful Nefertiti (1370-1330 B.C.). The same report includes another work from Infographics90: the elaborate infographics Tutankhamen’s Tomb, under the title of Wohnung für einen Toten (Housing for a Dead Man). Discovered by English archaeologist Howard Carter in 1922 in the Valley of the Kings, a royal necropolis near Luxor, the Tutankamen's hypogeum holds the keystone KV 62.
